#1. FMD. This patient had an incidental carotid bruit on physical exam. CT angio neck and brain was performed. 3D images demonstrated string-of-beads appearance of cervical internal carotid arteries as well as a small sessile right posterior communicating artery origin aneurysm, basilar tip aneurysm, and left carotid terminus aneurysm. Findings led to diagnosis of fibromuscular dysplasia with associated aneurysms.
